  1. Thanks for the solution, the electrical horn contacts in the steering wheel, 2000 996, did the washer insertion on the 4 horn contacts and it worked fantastic. thanks again!!!! JLB
  2. 2000 carrea 2, 996 cab. Electical problem, horn contacts in the steering wheel, insert new 25 amp fuse, horn starts blowing when I turn wheel to the right and then quits, fuse is blown. How do you tackle this problem? remove steering wheel, face plate and steer wheel air bag, do not know how to remove face plate. Need help!!! JLB
