  2. I take a look under the leather and there is no screw.I pull the knob , not really hard , because i afraid to damage it, so i'll try once more harder. Thxs for help! :cheers:

Hi,I'm newbie in forum - my name is Giannis - and first I want to say a big "Hello" to all of you :cheers: I'm Greek and I leave in Athens - Greece , I have a 986 boxter 2001, 2.7L manual transmission and I would like to ask you if you know the way to take off the shift knob because I want to change the old leather. :thankyou: any way and please don't be strict for my poor English. :rolleyes:
