  1. The amp is in the trunk behind the spare tire or where the spare tire would be if you don't have one. The Cd changer is also there if you have one like me. :D I also have a 2000 C2 so it should be the same. But here's some pics just so you know. Also concerning new audio since I'm going to be changing everything soon anyways too, if you have the money and found a good deal on the head unit, amp, speakers then go for it. If your pressed for cash (like me) then just go for a head unit you like and get a amp and speakers later. Changing the head unit should help some anyways since you can change more settings such as bass, treble, and even on some units the graphic equalizer. EDIT - Photobucket magically erased the photos....FIXED
  2. Oh thank god, lol. Just knowing I can add it puts me at ease. Thanks for the help, Loren, i appreciate it.
  3. Hey everybody, I got my first Carrera, in fact my first Porsche ever, a couple of days ago. It's a 2000 Artic Silver Carrera with GT3 wheels, factory leather sport seats, and factory 3-spoke steering wheel. I love it but i do have two things that have been niggling me. 1. In the manual it shows that there is a lever to get into the dash computer (right below the turn signal lever) on the stock 4-spoke wheel. But on my 3-spoke i don't have that. So was that lever only on that optional on-board computer for $200 something bucks? 2. And if that is so, can you change how it only shows the outside weather temperature (right below the tachometer)? Thanks in advance everyone!
