  1. Thank you all guys for taking the time to answer, I'm in and the beast is on charge! Have a good new year all Kind regards, Neil
  2. I'm getting a good ground cos the alarm is going... Just seems to be nowhere to get your hand in on the turbo's due to pipes etc... Surely someone must have done this procedure on a turbo at some point? <_<
  3. Hi guys, Merry Christmas All, I'm wondering if someone can help me. I have a problem with my battery on my 2002 TT. Its now dead, not an ounce of life left in it. This is hindering me getting the front lid open, now I have tried the external 12volt thing within the fuseboard (I've done this a couple of times...) and thats not working? The alarm just seems to be going constently and whatever I try I cannot get the alarm to switch off. Tried the fob, unlocking and looking the doors, ignition all to no avail. So now I am in the midst of searching for the emergency pull cord. Please bear in mind I have a RHD car with the two catches/switches for the front and rear lids, (dunno if that makes a difference?) I have jacked up the drivers side and removed the dirt guards underneath the wheel arch had a grope about for about 20mins now and still cannot find it. Now then, just a couple of questions a. Am I at the right side of the car! (I've been assured that I am from another site) b. If I am at the right side is there a specific place I should be looking at? All I can feel is pipes and the headlight unit, no manual release wire. Please help my guys, I need to get my baby up and running. :help: Cheers guys, Neil
