Difficult Starting

I have the same problem with mine and took it to advanced auto parts and they did a test with their machine and said mine was the starter. -
Was wonder if there was a fix for the seat latches by the headrest which makes the seat tilt forward without holding the power seat button. both the latches on the passenger side doesnt work and on the drivers side only one side of the latch works. I tried searching through the forums but didnt come up with anything. Car is a 99 carrera. Thanx in advance.
