  1. I stumbled upon these wheels from another enthusiast and got a smokin deal. I put one on the scale and it came it at 23.5 Lbs which I'm sure is way lighter than the Sport Technos (which will be for sale soon).

They are Champion Motorsport RS98 20" with Ralph Boothe center caps, the bad part is I still have to wait three months to put them on....that's Canada for you.....

Nice wheels. I'll bite... why do you have to wait three months to put them on?

Some sort of white rain seems to have accumulated on the ground, and even though the sun is out, I seem to turn a little blue when going outside in shorts and a T-shirt :D

NICE !! Love that pic ! where abouts u from im in NJ

  2. I've had a few cars with disc brakes over the years, and the standard feeling was if there is a significant groove in the rotor from pad wearing, that you should replace the rotors (instead of turning them or leaving them). The dealership said that mine looked fine, and just replaced the pads. My concern is...

Does the PCM tell me when the rotors get too thin, or is that something I should watch myself? I know there is a recommended schedule for brake service (I brake too hard too often anyway to follow it), but i'd rather be careful that stupid.

Brakes for the cayennes are 20K

front rotors and pads on mine 700 USD 19K

  3. The speedo is simple...you toogle through the menus on the little lever below the signal light, it's all in the manual. As for daytime running lights (DRL) you will need to either make a jumper cable for your fuse box which turns the full headlights on full time, or go to a dealer and maybe have them activate your lights. All jokes aside, Canadian Tire does a pretty decent job of the lights as well. They are also an authorized RIV inspection location who can officially pass your vehicle and declare it "Canadian". DRL's shouldn't cost you more than $150 or you're getting ripped off.

    ver simply display change

    main menu

    scroll to settings

    then change MPH to KM

  4. Thank you for the correct part #. I suppose I have the HW that is already in place but I may be missing some as the current liner is broken. Is there a part # for the HW needed to install the new part??

    Thanks,

    Aaron

You need to look and see what is missing. There are plastic nuts and self-tapping screws that screw into expanders.

Tell what is missing and I will look them up.

I have removed my inner wheel well no need to remove wheel about 6 screws and bolts and your out :)
