  1. I need to install a 2.5 pound fire extinguisher in the interior for a track day event. I was hoping to zip tie the metal bracket somewhere, so I could easily remove it after the event. There doesn't seem to be a good location. Has anyone done this and if so, where and how did you mount it?
  2. I had the same issue with the 2000 Boxster S that I just purchased in April of this year. I found out on the PCA Tech Q&A that it was due most likely to poor gas. I put a can of Chevron Techron in and now only burn Chevron premium, no more smoke.
  3. I just purchased a 2000 Boxster S with 205/50-17 and 255/40-17 tires that are pretty worn. Will changing the front to 225/45-17 reduce understeer? Will the ride be noticeably worse? Will there more of a tendancy to hydro plane in the rain? I read most of the postings to the PCA Tech Q&A regarding tires. They seem pretty adamant that you only stick with "N" approved tires. I use the Boxster for autocross, track days, and daily driver. I am considering the Falken Azenis based on their autocross prowess. Has anyone had experience with the Falken Azenis? Is there a better tire?
  4. I just purchased a 2000 Boxster S for daily driving, autocross, and track days. I measure the front and rear camber and found it to be 0.0 and <1.625>, respectively. I understand that <0.75> front camber is possible without lowering the car. How is the camber adjusted and what tools are needed?
