  1. Hi Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, the system does not seem to be able to read the new DVD. I think that the firmware of the PCM needs to be updated first before you can read the new DVD format. Could someone please advise? Regards, Alex
  2. Hello I have recently bought a 2005 Cayenne and the Satnav is using an out of date DVD 997.642.235.03. I managed to find a more recent Navigation DVD (997.642.255.04) on eBay. Reading in the forums I understand that I would need to upgrade the firmware on the unit before I can use any updated DVDs. I would be grateful if anyone could advise me on the upgrade process. The car has the Bose amplifier and Navigation units. Please find attached some screenshots of the current software versions. Thank you Regards, Alex PS I found two multimedia update CDs on the web, would these be suitable?
