Does anyone have the latest Manheim reports for 07/08 Boxster S . Thanks

I'm looking for my first Porsche and really like the Boxster S. My budget has me focusing on 2007 While doing my research it appears that Porsche dealers are asking 39,995-43995 for CPO cars the mileage range is 25- 43k miles. I found one that is at a non Porsche dealership in Colorado with 16k miles with 6 speed, pasm, sports chrono short shifter and Nav. There is no factory warranty left on the car and no possible way to get CPO. The dealer wants 40k for this car. My question is what should I offer? And what type of discounts can I expect from Porsche Dealers and non p-dealers. Thanks for the help.
