  1. I have a 2006 Cayenne S. I changed out the alarm siren today which necessitated removal of the relay carrier box. After reinstalling everything and plugging all the connectors and relays back in, the alarm siren worked as advertised. I started the car and got a check engine light and a PSM warning light in the instrument cluster. Car idled fine but the engine would not go past idle. The throttle pedal was completely dead. I could put the car in drive or reverse and it would just creep along at idle. I plugged in the durametric and it confirmed that the throttle position angle was "0" no matter what I did with the throttle pedal. I scanned the fault codes with duremetric and this is what came up as shown below. It seems that somehow something is preventing the throttle from working but it's hard to believe a couple of emission fault codes would make the car undriveable. I will double check all the connections again tomorrow but everything was plugged in correctly as far as I know. Does anyone have any ideas what to try next before towing the car to the dealer? Does anyone have an electrical schematic for the items in the relay carrier box? Thanks! I have a small leak in the connection where the approx. 1" thick rubber return hose (with the silver metal tip) attaches to the power steering reservoir lid via the red circular collar (the one on the right). I am assuming the function of this rubber hose is to return pentosin from the power steering rack back to the reservoir. As can be seen in the attached picture, there are three other "hard lines" that attach to the reservoir lid but I'm not sure of their function. Does anyone know what they do. I believe the two upper lines have something to do with the clutch as they are not present on TIP cars. What about the hard line with the red collar? What does it do? Which of the lines pressurizes the reservoir??? Porsche does not list this red collar as a separate part as it is a part of the reservoir. Any of you guys know what I"m talking about and have any suggestions of where I could acquire some used or new red clips? How about anyone with a used power steering reservoir collecting dust in the garage that they would want to convert into some beer money?? Any help would be appreciated...
