  1. I am interested in purchasing a set of service manuals (pdf or paper) for a 997.1 c4s. Can you let me know cost, availability, etc...thanks

  2. How difficult was it to remove the actual needles from the cluster? Are they press fitted? Are they keyed into a spindle of some sort? Did you use or make a tool or jig to remove the needles or simply pulled them off using your fingers? I have a 2006 997c4s and have to change out my face as there is a defect in the finish of the face (came with factory option in guards red, the red is a decal/overlay and its peeling off in one spot). Thanks
  3. Yes taking out item one....but I did figure it out....item 26 is attached to the body so you have to remove it before you can take out item one...item 26 is keyed in and to remove it you have to use a fair amount of force and slide it towards the drivers side about 3/8's of an inch...then it pulls right out....thanks for your response though....was getting a little frustrated with item.
  4. So I am trying to remove the plastic Liner in the luggage compart and I cannot figure out how to remove the luggage tie down bracket. This needs to be removed in order to remove the plastic liner as it is attached to the body directly. Within the tie down I was able to remove the bar by sliding it to the right. I thought that after I removed the bar the bracket itself would easily come out but its just not happening. It moves slightly in all directions but there has to be a trick to it. Anyone know how to remove this piece? The attached picture below shows the tie down bracket in orange (item 26). Thanks.
