  1. How did you obtain the serial number? From the method in the Lost Radio Code FAQ? If not, then you likely have the wrong serial number. I've followed the direction accordingly to the FAQ. There is no other way one can ontain the serial number except taking out the audio deck physically, and look on the rear side of it. I pushed the button reapeatedly until the number comes up. If there is anything wrong, please let me know. Thanks.
