    Hi there, I was wondering if anyone has installed the Jehnert audio speakers in their 996? The install and specs look good, but would like to know how they sound. They can make them in the color specific for around $1400. With my DSP package not sure if I will need to add a new amp - any input would be great! Thank you. My stock unit has the DSP equalizer and I think I will stay with this, so I just plan to change out the speakers front and back. Can someone list the MB Quart's models that will "bolt" right in? Also if there is another brand that works good I would be open to these... Thank you!

    For cleaners and waxes, the best I have found are by Griots: http://www.griotsgarage.com/index.jsp The window cleaner is second to none! The more of their products that I buy the more I like them... my 2c's.

    Hi there - as I have a 2001 Turbo the stock pads part numbers are: 996 351 949 12 & 996 352 949 02, is there an upgrade from stock other than the ceramic's? Thank you!

    Has anyone heard about how the tinting can affect the V-One sensitivity? I am looking to get my windows done soon, and have heard that there is a tint that will not affect this... Any help would be greatly appreciated – Thank you

    As I have a 2001 Turbo - I have heard that there are gains to be had by adding the free flow exhaust. Anyone have any ideas if this is true or how much to expect? :construction:

    The garage door opener trick sounds way cool! Can you send me some tips on how you did this after it is installed? I did see one that was done on the center console but I think the dash idea sounds better - Good Luck!

    I guess I am a bit slow... :( but I am still unsure if I can mount a cup holder in the lower part of my dash. If I don't care about what it blocks (controls, etc.) can I still fit it in without serious modifications? I have the DSP unit on the bottom of the dash stack and would like to put the cup holder right above it or move the radio head unit down to this spot and put the Cup Holder below the heater controls that are at the top..... has anyone done this? can it be done easily (just install it??) Thank you :help:

    Hi Kevin, on the dash strips.... I will give it a go this weekend and take before and after shots. I appears from the link that the pieces are no longer useable after removed (broken?) - I was planning to get them repainted. Do you or anyone else know if these could be removed in a manner so that they could be re-used (without removing the whole dash...) ? Thanks

    Looking forward to how to remove the rear wiper! Does anyone (Loren?) know how to remove the Dash Trim Pieces (3 strips in middle) to have them replaced? They do not pry out like the Horseshoe??? Thank you
