  1. I need to order a Sealing ring for sump plug. Anyone have part number. Also Is there a specific part number for the specialized low profile Porsche oil filter tool ?? Thank You in advance.
  2. Dealer could not get me in. I was told the PCM needs an update and my PCM is rebooting. The problem seems to have disappeared, but again cannot read oil level. Dealer apt scheduled.
  3. 1. Had problems indicating information on oil level not available, that went away a few hours but is back. 2. Now Radio tuner appears, is connected but sound in MUTE (no sound). 3. Phone connects, here voice over PCM and then the screen goes black. 4. Trip to the dealer. 5. Any ideas???
  4. I reset the Oil Maintenance Mileage and wala .... my oil check worked right away. So apparently if the Maintenance Oil change reset is not done, you will not get the oil level information. 500 ml of oil took me from minimum level to one notch below maximum level. So if three notches equals 500 ml, dare I add 100ml more. I have not.
  5. 1. Changed oil Sat 2. Yesterday green indicator showed maximum level oil. 3. 100 mile drive, green indicator showed mid way between maximum and minimum. 4. On return trip the amber warning showed minimum oil level. 5. 30 minutes after return home, I added 500 ml or 1/2 liter as the manual states 1-2liter capacity between minimum and maximum. 6. The manual states: Measuring the oil level after topping up engine oil or opening the engine compartment lid The oil level can be checked after waiting for approx. 2 minutes with the vehicle parked on a level surface and the engine at operating temperature. 7. I seem to get "information on oil level is currently not available. 8. I drove 10 miles and repeatedly tried without success. Measuring the oil level after topping up engine oil or opening the engine compartment lid The oil level can be checked after waiting for approx. 2 minutes with the vehicle parked on a level surface and the engine at operating temperature. ANY ADVICE APPRECIATED. Thanks
  6. Happy Thanksgiving and safe motoring over the holidays. I have a "sealing Ring" or crush washer Part# N 0138157. Is this the correct crush washer for the oil plug on MY 2014 Cayenne Platinum Diesel? TYIA Dale
  7. The 2014 Cayenne is a Platinum edition diesel which I do not believe will affect part numbers.
  8. 2013 Cayenne Diesel 2014 Cayenne Diesel ??? Oil filter 958 107 222 20 Fuel Filter 958 110 134 10 I believe these engines are the same, are the part numbers the same?
  9. Nope no drain on the Porsche :censored: I just did this and documented it over on 6spd. It's really a simple procedure and dealing with the diesel fuel is the worst part. BTW the related PIWIS documents are very explicit that you need to keep the fuel from getting on the coolant lines. Anyone have the part # for the replacement filter? Exact model and Year of your care please? I have the Cayenne Diesel 2013 with a July 2012 production 958-110-134-10 Fuel Filter with gasket -- US MSRP $95.89 Awesome thank you

  12. I have 17000 miles on my CD. I added ad Blue twice (2.5 gals each time).
  13. Where is the best place to purchase Durametric? I suspect PIWIS is a Porsche instrument w______ i______ service???
  14. Can anyone suggest a source for oil filters for my 2013 Diesel? Loren? Part number? Is the VIN # needed to get the part number? TIA
  15. Phillip, DE events available from audi, BMW and PCA. All of them are good. More seat time strengthens skills. You become a safer driver.
  16. This was very odd. Friday was a 6" snowfall. Car sat in garage until today, Monday and the right front wheel with slotted rotars rusted to a degree the wheel won't turn. Not a wheel bearing.
  17. Looking for quick advice on diagnosis and treatment. Right front wheel won't turn at all. Is this a wheel bearing problem? CV Joint? Advice appreciated
