    My rear heated seats work fine. The fronts do not. I understand there are fuses (which I have checked), relays, control modules...etc. that could be the cause. Does anyone have a troubleshooting guide that helps one determine what the issue is versus replacing every single part of the circuit?

    Don't know the exact code but I have been to cold areas twice in the past month, 30 degrees and below in the evening. The next morning after driving a few miles I get an air suspension fault. After returning home, shutting the car off and going about my business, it never returns. I am assuming something with the cold air, higher elevation and the air currently in the shocks giving an erroneous code. Anyone else experience this? No problems with the suspension by the way.

    Thanks, I figured that much. I contacted the local Porsche dealer a few days back and they confirmed you couldn't purchase the retainer clips but thought I would check. As these vehicles age, these parts become quite brittle and carefullness doesn't help.

    Looking for the off white plastic retainer clips for the fuel lines that connect to the tops of the regulator/pump/filter assemblies. Also on the passenger side unit there is a black retainer clip that appears to be unique. I do not believe these are Porsche parts...where can I get them?

    Completed this job today, front and rear with Amsoil Gear Oil and the Transfer Case with ATF. Easy job. Sex 8mm plugs. You do have to take off the shields for the front.

    I got mine with 71,000 miles on it and the major coolant pipe service had been completed. Car was in Hawaii most of its life with a year or so in Oregon. The rear engine exterior coolant pipes failed around 69,000 miles and were replaced by the previous owner as well. 2005 CTT.

    Looks like a cover is missing here. Not even sure what is in this little hole found on the inside of the hatch near the rear glass. Looks like the mechanism for the rear glass release. I need the part number of the cover that appears to be missing. Thank you.

    Thanks for the great information. Put in an order from Amsoil for the transfer case and differential gear fluid. Looking forward to completing this at the end of the week.

    I bought it online at RockAuto! Great place for parts for any make vehicle. Also ordered my plugs and coils from them. Great prices and fast shipping as they have multiple warehouses around the country. Thanks, a pain in the *** job.

    Just replaced the Serpentine Belt on the 05 Cayenne Turbo. Followed the DIY instructions here...omitted some of it (no need to remove the passenger side air box or disconnect the fans). The belt install (pulley order) portion of the DIY was very helpful. It's a tight space...but easy job. Took me 3 hours versus 5 minutes for a 1989 Ford Mustang. I bought the belt for a little over $60. My dealership wanted $315.38 which is way too much money in my opinion. Now I can buy groceries for the family next week.

    Just bought this 2005 Cayenne Turbo with 70,000 miles, now has 73,000. I noticed a slight hesitation even at part throttle, figured since I chenged the oil on the vehicle over to Amsoil, it was time to continue with some service. I ordered NGK Iridium plugs and new coils. Tackled the job this afternoon. Went smooth, had absolutely no difficulties. After working on American cars for so long this was a refreshing welcome to Porsche engine work. Well, I attached some photos of the plugs. It appears to me they have never been changed. The car now runs like a ROCKETSHIP! I can hear the exhaust and the wine of the trubos...wow!

    I recently purchased a CTT with PCM 2.1 (DVD) and have a 10.2004 DVD. I would like to update the system and have read so many posts with different experiences and recommendations. I recently saw this LINK Am I able to purchase this and update? I know I am running PCM2.1A currently. Also, I noticed some information about the Amplifier becoming 'JUNKED' during the update/upgrade. Any more information on this? All your help is appreciated.
