Hi,
Anyone have Durametric software or PST2 or PIWIS tester near Cherry Hill, NJ 08003?
I want to accomplish two things:
1-Enable the OBC that shows outside temp etc, I bought the 4th stalk and installed. Just need to enable in software now.
2-Need to reset the Airbag light. I Replace steering wheel, airbag & clock spring, so needs resetting. (I've heard it may require reprogramming. Not exactly sure what that entails. Any ideas?)
2000 996 C2
Thanks,
Len

So far so good! Just over 1500 miles on the rebuilt engine from EBS Racing out of Nevada. They forgot to mail a few gaskets but sent right out after I called. Good telephone support! Now working on the convertible top

Anyone have any experience buying a rebuilt engine from EBS Racing / EBS Co in Reno, NV?
I've been working with Don Weaver at EBS on getting a 996 3.4L rebuilt engine.
So far so good, the quote was very detailed, comes with 1yr warranty, price without shipping for the long block ~$9k.
Comes with LN IMS Bearing and some other upgrades.
Thoughts/Comments?

Thanks all for the incredible feedback.
I'm finding what I need is a reliable indie shop in South New Jersey. Anyone have a suggestion?

Hello All,
Found I have the Intermix problem on a 2000 996 with 73k miles.
The oil cooler is solid so must be the engine the dealer tells me.
Anyone have any experience with Motor Meister rebuilds?
http://www.motormeister.com/suz/911_engines/911_engines_5.htm
The price is about $6k to rebuild my engine, sound fair?
Where is the front crash sensor on 996 C2?

Hello All,
I got Air bag code 21, some posts say to replace the clock spring and some say to check the front left crash sensor.
I don't have a spare clock spring laying around so I thought I'd start withe the crash sensor.
Anyone have a photo or two or a good diagram on where I can find it?
Believe the part number is 996.618.221.00.
Thanks in advance!
