  1. Please contact me by private message for information about my HUR 955. Greg
  2. Have any of you experienced the problem that the Cayenne Radio antenna doesn't seem to work? i understand that it has a pre-amp that needs to be powered when we use an aftermarket radio. I have a 2009 Cayenne and have everything working without the Hur 955. BTW -- If anyone wants a BRAND NEW MOST HUR 955 at a great deal, contact me here... I am looking for help getting my AM/FM factory antenna to work with my Pioneer AVIC head unit. I have the adapter but it doesn't seem to work at all. I am pretty sure that I need to power it up through the old radio connector. Greg
  3. I spent almost two days installing a new Navi / CD / Radio system in my 2009 Cayenne. Everything works great but the AM/FM Radio. The radio sounds like there is no antenna at all. I used the proper adapter from my new head unit to the old antenna, and my old Porsche radio seemed to work pretty well. I have heard that there is a pre-amp somewhere in the Cayenne, maybe I can figure out how to turn that back on. Where is the AM/FM Radio Antenna in the 2009 Porsche Cayenne? If there is a Pre-Amp, does anyone know how to turn it on with an aftermarket radio? Pin A14 on the radio connector is labeled SWITCHING OUTPUT ANTENNA but I am afraid to connect +12 to it for fear of blowing something up. Any advice? THANKS Greg
