  1. to my friend from the UK--I did not mean to use my current rims. I am going to buy new ones. I'm saying 225/40/18 all around on 18x8" rims. I currently have 17" staggered set up
  2. I only cruise in my car. No racing or speeding. (2001 911 carrera 6 sp. coupe) Can I put the front wheel/tire size all around? It would be cheaper than the big rear tire and you could rotate them. Thanks for your help
  3. Occasionaly I have experienced a dead key (as in dead battery) . It is when the oil level check is going on. It will not energize the starter until the clock counts down and sometimes only after several tries. Mostly when you cut the engine off and restart it pretty quickly. I first experienced it when I choked it off going into a car wash. It was just dead for a while and then it started as usual. It is a 2001 carrera coupe. Anybody know anything about this. THANKS
