  1. Hey folks, I recently aquired an auto 98' 996 911 Auto, Red, 81klms, Roof, It is making a noise when its in gear and at a stop, slight eeerrrrrrrr Not sure if it is engine or transmission? If i put it in neutral or take off the noise goes away. I know these cars have certain charecteristics but i was just after some owners thoughts, Cheers Tom
