Hello, Newbie here, read a lot about IMS problems. About to buy a 2006 Boxster Tiptronic (not an S) vin is: WPOZZZ98ZGU7***** I read somewhere that after MY 2006 the problem was either solved or lessened. However I do not know how to read the registration nor do I know if this is indeed the case. Having read so much about this problem, I am nervous - more so than my husband! so if you know anything, kindly reply. I look forward to owning and driving a boxster and being part of this online community. The car was originally bought in Italy, now in France. thanks
