  1. Oj I dont own a porsche but I have decided to join this forum just to repky to t highest is thread. I own a bmw convertible which uses the same type of mohair material for their roofs as porsche. Mine was in gopd condition besides the sides that had pressure marks due to being stored since I have a hardtop. So I decided to buy thr renovo rejuvenator and give it a try. What a mistake! !! The thing mixes with the mohair cloth giving an almost vinyl like result which is a different texture feel than the mohair. Also if you apply morr in some areas it shows lines etc etc. If you dont thoroughly wash the softtop with their cleaner it will also flake and make spots. What I did because it looked horrible is that I managed to remove it with alcohol. I was applying alcohol with a sponge and then removing it with a cloth. Nowin your case you might try that to smooth everything up, and then a couple of days later take it to a professional who has done this lots of times in order to reapply it correctly and cover all the imperfections. Again, this stuff is not for the amateurs and should have a big sign on it saying that! Hope this helps keep us posted.
