  1. Hi, I need to replace headlights mounting on right passenger side due to faulty lock. I have bought new mounting but one of the fastening screw, marked by red arrow, under a plate, looks inaccesible without removing front bumper. Is there any way to replace the mounting without removing the bumper? Br, Romuald P.S. Please note that attached drawing shows left mounting (driver side) but I have only that one.
  2. There was two problems. Faulty motor and stiff crank shaft mechanism. So stift that I can not remove a wiper blade and had to use a jigsaw. Thanks for help.
  3. This is not mechanical problem! I have disconnected the motor from the shaft and motor is not turning.
  4. Sorry, but I misunderstood you. I meant that wiper shaft is not stuck. In other words the motor is dead and do not moves when a switch is depressed.
  5. How to check whether windshield wiper motor is faulty itself or problem is in any other component like relay or switch. The water pump starts but wiper do not moves. br, Romuald PS I have electrical diagram but I do not know what voltage shall be on particular terminals.
  6. Working4it, thanks for the drawings. I have instruction how to remove a motor itself. I do not know how to remove a inner lining from rear hatch to unveil the motor. Everything looks so solid so I do not want to break any plactic clip. Romuald
  7. Hi, I need to replace faulty rear wiper motor. Can anybody advice how to remove wiper cover? Manual refers to: "70 87 19 Removing and installing lining for rear lid as MY 2003" which I can not find. BR, Romuald
