  1. Hello
I have been having the usual battery issues with my 2008 Cayenne TT. Hard steering on first start up, intermittent headlight faults, hard starting and the tailgate not opening when the battery is low. Tried charging the battery overnight and it still wont charge always sits below 12 V.
Took the battery to Porsche as it still under warranty and asked for a replacement. They tested and said nothing was wrong with the battery. Took the battery to Napa to have them load test it, and they said it didn't pass.
Replaced with a NAPA legend premium AGM. Since then all my issues have disappeared.
I took the Porsche battery back to Porsche and ask them to test it one more time, and they still say there's nothing wrong with the battery.
I would like to escalate this issue to Porsche Canada but I'm not sure how that can be done. Does anyone have any experience when dealing with the dealer and their parts counter with such an issue?

  2. Not much accomplished today as I ended up having to do an alternator on my wife's car after nearly getting stranded this morning.

    Remanded and primed and painted.

Also I had the seat out to deal with a power issue. So I repainted the floor as it looked like the seats had been in and out a number of times carelessly.

Also looming all of the wires, but ran out of loom. Back to the store tomorrow.
