Thanks for the part number. Any chance I could salvage this oil change? I tightened them up. Warmed the car up to operating temperature. They were then loose again. tightened them up again and now they seem firm. It looks like the fiber washers squeezed out but there's no significant leaks after running the car. I just don't want to have to remove the plugs and lose a bunch of expensive oil. Although granted, an engine is much more expensive.

Last time I changed my oil, I used fiber drain plug gaskets from Napa because I couldn't find aluminum crush washers big enough. Next time I will just order a kit online. Just recently, I noticed oil dripping from my car through the plastic cover. I took the cover off and noticed that both drain plugs were loose so I tightened them. My question is this: Is there an issue with fiber drain plugs on the cayenne? Or did I simply not tighten them sufficiently. I didn't use a torque wrench. Working on an 04 Cayenne S. The gaskets are in fact fiber and not plastic/nylon. Thanks
