Thank you for the reply. I wish it were the pump or hoses! The previous owner said the nozzles were just plugged, that seemed likely so I didn't think much about it. After blowing fluid thru the hoses and the nozzles being open I knew there was bigger issue. I removed the tank and the pumps (this is a Turbo, it has the headlight washer) the windshield pump did not work, so replaced it and re-assembled everything. First rainy day actuated the stalk to clear the windscreen and NO spray! Disconnected the hose at the "tee valve" and only a slight burble of fluid came out. So the pump runs, but at a very low rpm. Thinking the pump was bad, ordered another. This time I bench tested pump #2 and it pumped at full rpm. So I also tested the pump #1 and it ran at full rpm? Now I'm pissed, I plugged Pump #2 into the cars wiring and it only ran at low rpm??? So here is what happens, pull the stalk to the position "5" (in the owners manual) nothing, no pump, no wipe. continue pulling the stalk to "6" and the wipers come on and the pump runs at slow speed. Raise the stalk to "2" and the wipers run, pull the stalk and the pump runs at slow speed. Raise the stalk to "3" and the wipers run at fast, pull the stalk and the pump runs at full speed and will spray through the nozzles. BTW, the headlight washers have always worked, at position "7", headlights must be on!
So...what do you make of that?
Again, Thank you very much for any help.
