I just purchased my 2nd Porsche (1973 911 T) and have not been able to qualify for Agreed Upon Value Insurance for my new toy. My GF is a licensed driver in our household but she does not have her own car because the bikes/buses to work. None of the companies I tried (Leland, Grundy, Haggerty, Geico) will accept us because every licensed driver has to have a separate primary vehicle. I don't really want to pay full freight for a weekend driver and would probably not recover its real value in the case of a total loss. Are there any other options or companies with less restrictions?
Hi all, I wonder if anyone has any advice on an insurance claim for a Boxster? The car is is a 1999 2.5 litre standard Boxster in Arctic Silver. It’s in reasonable condition, though the plastic rear window is blurry and the leather sears are a bit worn. Mileage is 64K. It has a hard top which is in the shed right now.
