Passenger door handle lever stuck-broken?

Golly........seems like this happened to me in a different life (maybe 944 or 986).....but, anyway, the only way I can get the passenger door open is from inside..........the little lever on the outside handle is inopperative (ie loose & non functional).

Unfortunately I believe the passenger door is presently in the 'locked' mode........(this is a late 95 with the Drive Block system and key-fob activator).........so the result is a very-very erratic security system....that's another issue  ........but mainly I was trying to see if anyone recalled and user accessable parts to that door latch & it's linkage.............TIA.

Checking back.........I was able to get the door panal apart using DIY on P-Car.com........what a fun job that is........had to cut the plastic seal in order to reach in and spray a hi-tech lube way over at the latch mech...very difficult to get to).........she's working right now & may have a shop visit.
