Not that I've seen in the parts list.

Seems strange since it was so popular in the 9x6 series.

The parts guy at my local dealer looked at his PET database and found something called M580 but there was no detail

He was suppose to call Porsche Hqtrs (?) for details and let me know. He never called me.

M580 is the option number for the 9x6 series.

All 9x7 series cars use option codes starting with I.

Loren,

Thanks for the info.

I won't mention the dealer but there parts department crew is pretty bad (as evidenced by this example). On too many occasions they ordered the wrong part when I was 'restoring/upgrading' my old Boxster. I have a box full of trim pieces & fasteners at home to prove it. They are not really Porsche enthusiasts so they can't visualize or know by 'hands on' when searching for a part in the PET. In the 'old days' the 'parts guy' knew just about everything when asked about a certain part for a certain model. Maybe it's because there are so many more models and configurations now.

Thanks again for the help,

Arnie
