OK, so i just bought an 06 cayenne and need to install a trailer hitch. I know you can get one that is like the factory option from several locations but it's the wiring that has my worried. I would like to include a brake controller to controll trailer brakes. The dealer wants 1000 for the factory hitch and wiring plus more for install. So the question is, can i get the factory wiring kit so i can install myself along with the aftermarker hitch. Another option, will the dealer install the wiring after i install the aftermarket hitch?

Check out the TSB on trailer hitch installation for the Cayenne. All the part numbers are in there.
