Oil leakage from rear driveshaft

When checking under the care I noticed a oil leakage from the left drivshaft link. It seems to come from the linkage between joint (part 12) and the cover (part 11). Its not big but you see drops hanging there. The underbody plastic was also covered over some oil. Can it be a broken circlip between the the joint or cover or can it be something serious.

I am going to have a scheduled service in the middle om may, but I am uncertain if I should drive at before that. I would be very happy if someone can help me here.

The reference for the parts are from PET chapter rear axel.
