I just purchased a nice 1989 928 s4.  It has a later model radio and of course, came with no code for the radio. S/N 15003196. Thank you.

Can you please help finding the code for my radio.  I installed a new battery and have misplaced/lost the card with the code

The radio is a CDR220 or CR 220

Type 4362

Serial # X5019741

OK, this is my first post.  Sorry to start it out this way..

 

I have added rear speakers to my 986 and disconnected the battery during the process.  Of course this means need the radio code.  I have a Becker cdr-210.  The serial number is T5003255.

 

Thank you in advance, and thanks for a great forum.  I have learned a great deal from all the information posted in these pages and look forward to learning more.

      it has Original Radio CDR 23And weites Protect.

      when i Check with PIWIS there is a Site with Radio Code which is now 0000. 
      i Could change But have no Code.
       
      who can help me...i thought CDR 23 will Never loose Code

      My CR-220 plays the FM & AM & Cassette, doesn't play the 6 Pack CDs. Faceplate does not display, all presets work, and equalizer.  Is the problem in the face plate or radio?  Will getting another faceplate work with this radio?  Will it change the radio code.
