What is the model number on the front of your radio?

I just took the head unit out, and found the model and serial number: BE 2580 - 15085884

Can anyone please help to generate the 4 digit code? thank you and much appreciated.

Did you read the Lost Radio Code FAQ?

That is a PCM unit.

"Can you give me a code for my PCM?
These units are manufactured jointly by Siemens and Becker, and the only place where you can get the codes required is from the dealer/OPC. The PCM’s require two codes, the ICS/Siemens code, and a Becker code. The ICS is the first code requested.
Sorry, the only place you can get a PCM code is from a dealer/OPC."

Did you follow the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ to get the correct serial number?

Hi Loren yes I pushed TP for 10 seconds and Becker appeared and I turned smoothly the right knob till I get the serial nbr which I sent here previously

than I tried 0519 but it didn't work

If the number I gave you did not work then it is likely that your radio has been repaired by a third party (not Becker) and the serial number was changed.

I am sorry but in this case, I can not help you - only Becker can correct the issue.

My CR-220 plays the FM & AM & Cassette, doesn't play the 6 Pack CDs. Faceplate does not display, all presets work, and equalizer.  Is the problem in the face plate or radio?  Will getting another faceplate work with this radio?  Will it change the radio code.
