Front Seats Will Not Tilt

I took out my current GT3 Seats in my Turbo and replaced them with stock seats. The seats slide up and down properly on the rails after being bolted in. However, the seat will not tilt back and forth, it is stuck in one position. I am trying to attach a photo from iphone, sorry for the poor quality. My question now, is there a lock on this. After I turned the vehicle on it did not change anything. Perhaps the wiring underneath is an issue. As the seat had one socket and then had two wires with metal tips at the end that did not have anywhere to go in my vehicle. Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you.
