Boxster RS 60 Spyder

My understanding is the RS60 exhaust is not the same as the PSE option and is NOT switchable.

It the RS60's exhaust system that mainly gives the additional 8 bhp, I believe.

Berty987, I agree with a lot of what you stated.

FYI, the PSE on the 987 is in fact switchable.

Its a different exhaust system on the RS60 I beleive , hence its not switchable , and gives more power.

Not sure about power but am sure that it has a switch.

It is switchable but it is not the same as the PSE (Note the switch)

Is such a great fun car and wheels look great with car lowered a bit and the intoxicating sound of the exhaust...I love my RS 60. Got a trunk emblem made for it as well. Car is

tweeked at factory for more power at higher RPM curves according to the Porsche factory rep at the recent auto show and with a couple of small mods I can stick right with and often pass the 911 S guys on track days and this car sounds so much better.
