Porsche mechanic in Seattle?

Recommended Posts

what do u need to get done?

Anyone have any suggestions for a porsche mechanic in the seattle area? (besides a dealer).

Thanks!

I'm a newby porsche owner, I just bought a 2001 boxster 2.7 a couple of months ago (I love it!). I'm approaching the 60k mark and need to get it serviced. I've also noticed a few other issues that I would like to get checked out. A thumping noise from the rear right side when I hit bumps, My alarm intermitently goes off, My front left brake squeeks, and cruising along around 30 mph it feels like I have a flat tire (but I dont). Those are the main things that I need a mechanic for and dealerships seems to charge alot.

Thanks!

Hey Jay,

for your 60.000 mile service. there are only a few things needs be done.

replace engine oil,oil filter

replace air filter element

replace spark plugs

replace or inspect polyrib belt

replace fuel filter

check everything else etc,,,

Barrier Porsche will charge about $1200.00

I just finished my 45.000 service. This service can be done in a few hours! with the genuine OEM parts, who knows what they r using in a private shop.

also the other issues r pretty easy to repair!

obviously I never used em but u might try

Akers, european motor works they are not gonna be much cheaper though

what do u need to get done?
