There are several very good postings on the Boxster forum about aftermarket HID upgrades. This looks like an inexpensive way to improve your lights that will be fun and easy to do. I am looking for anyone who has done this on a 996 and even better if it's a 1999, 996 C2.

It looks like there have been a few minor electrical problems and I am trying to find out if those problems are limited to 986's because they might have a different electrical system than 996's.
