New to Forum - Some Q's on my new Carrera 997

Hi guys, I am new to the forum. I just purchased a 2008 Porsche 911 Carrera in Arctic Silver Metallic w/Black leather. The car is well equipped with the Sport Chrono Package Plus, Bi-Xeon Headlights, Bose Surround w/CD-Changer, Heated Front Seats, Self Dimming Mirrors, Colored Porsche Crest Center Caps, Crests in Headrests, Power Seat Package and Porsche Floor Mats, and yes - it's a six speed. Sticker on the car was $82,170.00 and I was able to negotiate $7,600.00 off MSRP.

As a new owner, I have a cople of questions:

1. How do you set the seat/mirror memory to use the key fobs? I have been trying to do this with no success. I have the key in the car and turned to accessory, I set the seats/mirrors, etc and 1st press the Memory Button and then the #1 Key button for a few seconds. I then adjust the seats and mirrors for testing, lock the car and unlock with the fob - no luck, the memory setting does not stick.

2. I searched the archives and see alot of posts for rear child car seats for the 997. I have (2) daughters, four years old and tall (about 45lbs) and two years old (about 27lbs). Can anyone recommend the best child car seat and booster seat for the 997? Also, how do you remove the rear seat's leather top to make extra room?
