Engine growling on start-up

I got this growling noise for two seconds on start-up and it is ok after engine oil pressure build-up. Check the TSB 1728 and I got the light blue dot on the valve also the bolts got a light blue touch-up on them (see pics) but the part number on the valve is not as per TSB. It should be 996 207 012 74 that number supersede 996 207 012 73 but the number on the case looks like 996 207 112 2R (???). I guess it is the number of the case not the assembly...Can it be possible that even the modified check valve is stuck open....
