Headlamp assy - dirrectional bulb socket / plug

Recommended Posts

1st post on this forum, please dont yell if I mess it up :D

I have a front blinker bulb socket on 99 C2 with halogen headlights that is needing replaced. Here is a picture where it goes...1221885394363_solder_iron.jpg

It holds the blinker bulb and twists into the headlamp assy.. (sorry no pic of actual part)

Any help on where to find this part w/o entire headlamp assy change would be great!!

Thanks

I don't see that Porsche sells just the socket. Likely because it would require soldering to change.

They do sell the front light harnesses though - you would need to specify left or right side.

Now for the bad news - the harnesses have a MSRP of $359.35 each -- so you might want to try a salvage yard like Oklahoma Foreign or Silver Star Recycling.
