19" Ruger R10 wheel & Tire help

Recommended Posts

I've searched the threads but havent found a solution yet and understand I will probably get ripped... However would like some help since I plan to buy by end of week.

I currently have a 2000 Boxster with stock 17" wheels & tires on and have been wanting to upgrade to 19" wheels.

My first choice of wheels where the 19" Victor Equipment Lemans that I have done tons of research on and know they would fit great... However these are on Backorder from TSW and Discount Tire where a friend of mine works.

19x8 ET 45 w/ Falken 452 235/35R/19 (F)

19x9.5 ET 49 w/ Falken 452 265/30R/19 ®

Lately I've been really interested in the 19" Ruger R10 wheels and just want to be sure from experts like yourself that I'm making a good choice as far as fitment on a 986 since these are much wider then the Lemans.

19x8.5 ET 44 or 45 (F)

19x10.5 ET 45 ®

My questions are...

Would the fitment be ok on a 986?

Would I need any Spacers? If so, What mm?

What is the reccomended tire setup on a 986?

Thank you for your help!
