Hope some one can help?

I am replacing the drivers door on an 01 boxster for my friend that was damaged with a fight with a mail box ( both lost that one)and his has the air bag. The replacement door did not. I felt up in the replacement door in hopes of finding a set of wires for it but did not feel any thing? Am I going to have to change the whole wiring harness out for it to work or have I just not looked hard enough? And if he says forget the air bag what do I need to do to cut the light off?

He didn't even know it had side airbags till I told him today? What can I say :D :o If the mail box had not broken he would have found out I bet :rolleyes:

Looks like none of you have been there done that so here it is for the next guy before he dose it.

I am screwed. I have to swap wiring harness and if any of you live in TX could you please go by and kick the guys BUTT for me :D He is going to love the email he gets when he gets to work Monday. I am not a happy camper for sure. I ask for a door that would work for a 2001 and the door does work but the wiring is all together wrong? I don't know what year he sent but it was older than I guess mandatory side air bags? :o

Also this door has the holes for the air bag but with have to put in the nutserts to bolt the other three bolts down.
