Help with Air Filter Housing Removal

I want to replace the air filter on a 2006 Carrera and am having trouble identifying the type of tool necessary to undo the bolt that holds the housing in place (connector in the front that has kind of a deep hole that is difficult to see into). Tried an allen wrench, but didnt work. Suggestions would be appreciated.

2006 Carrera's have a non bolted filter housing that just pulls out. Remove the MAF connector, valve connector and plastic tube on the right rear of the housing (depending engine type), the rubber intake tube from the throttle housing and pull out the oil filler tube. Pull out the filter housing.
