spacer and suspension geometry, and wheel balance

Recommended Posts

Would fitting a set of 6mm spacers change my alignment specs?

Thinking from a simple geometry point of view, all it does is widen the track. The toe/camber setting should still be the same, right? Anyone got any thoughts?

Also, would spacers like this affect the wheel balance? It doesn't look rotationally symetrical:

6 mm spacers willl not affect your alignment.

Here is a site that sells TUV tested spacers, which in this care are made of an aluminum/magnesium alloy and then hard anodized: http://allsprings.com/trak.php

I recently bought a set and they are of excellent quality.

Regards, Maurice.
