Main Dip Headamp issue

Recommended Posts

Hi I have a 2004 996 Carrera 4S and the headlamp main/dip beams has stopped working, the side lights and spot light work ok and so does the pass light (main beam) if I hold the lever back, could this be a switch issue, one other point I just had both front coolant radiators replaced would the service center have had to dissconnet the lights to fit the radiators?

any help appreciated regards

Hi Corsacol.

I have similar problem (2002 C4S) however the main and dipped beam and spots are ok but my side lights do not work.

The left went out, followed by the right a week or so later. I had put it down to the bulbs.

Changed those, still didn't work. Checked the fuses, which were fine.

So deduced that it was the light switch itself. Changed that and the problem still exists.

Have you sorted your problem out ? If so what was the cause ?
