I purchased the lasted version of the PCM 2.1 update for the Cayenne. Part # is 955-044-903-61 dated 08/2009. The Navigation DVD just inserts into the remote Nav player. This may sound like a dumb question, but the kit contains 2 more discs: PCM 2.1 Multimedia update CD Navigation and PCM 2.1 Multimedia Update CD Cayenne. The question is are these just a CD version of the update and not used, and the DVD that was contained in the kit does all the updating? I would appreciate any advice. I have a 2006 Turbo S

Thanks,

John

I believe that there is a TSB on this site that tells you how to do the upgrade. If I recall correctly, you will need to use all 3 disks in a specific order to get the upgrades to work correctly. Let me know how it goes as I need to do the same for my 2006 Turbo sometime soon.rolleyes.gif . Also, let me know if you can't find the TSB and I will look for it myself.

Jut did the upgrade to my 05 turbo, follow the TSB, you need to put the CD in the drive; upgrade, shut down, wait, put the other cd in hte cd player; upgrade, insert DVD you're done.

Now I can find my own neighbourhood
