Thinking About Picking Up A 996

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to decide if I want to pick up a 996. Prices seem to be pretty decent for something in the 30k-50k mile range. I love the looks of the car I'm just wondering if I'll be let down by the performance. I've always owned Turbo cars or V8's. I'm just wondering what cars some of you guys owned before the na 911 and if you are ever bored? I'm trying to decide between a few cars right now. C5z06, 996 na, 03/04 cobra, or possibly another supra TT. All of those cars offer something different. But whatever I get will be my to and from work car as well as my weekend fun car. Basically who has come from a high hp car to the 996?

:welcome:

Stop by Brumos Porsche and drive one! It is not just the engine's power. You'll see. Some love it, some do not.

That's what I've been told that it's a totally different experience. It isn't just about brute power. I'm going to get online and see what they have in stock.
