Help 4 lug bolts instead of 5

I realize I'm on a Porsche Board but I need some help. In switching to winter wheels/tires this evening I broke the pin that you use as a guide in mounting the wheels on the wheel hub on my wife's A4. Now I have the broken end of the pin where the 5th lug bolt should go. What's the consensus out there, will it be OK to drive the Audi, maybe 100 easy miles, until Friday and I can buy an easyout to remove the broken part of the pin?

Second question, has anyone tried to remove one of these broken pins, I assume it's no big deal to back it out, it only in finger tight? Thanks.

4 bolts should be ok if you take it easy. Depending on the design of the hub you may be able to get to the remains of the bolt from the back side. If you can get to the backside then start backing the remains of the bolt from the back until you have enough protruding from the front to work it out from the front.
