Hello, I recently purchased the following cable to connect my Ipod.

I disconnected the CD (blue plug), added the one on my new wire, grounded the black wire and found a power source (tapped the an orange wire) for my red wire.

I then went to activate the Aux and turned this to on.

Result: when I press the CD button, it says "loading", I then play my Ipod, but slowly the CD button fades out to FM radio and I don't hear my Ipod. On top of this, the wire is also supposed to be able to charge my Ipod which it does not. Does anyone see something I am doing wrong?
