Your options are:

Version 1

The doors are automatically locked as soon as the ignition is switched on.

Version 2

The doors are automatically locked if the vehicle exceeds a limit speed of 5 km/h.

Version 3

The doors are automatically locked as soon as the ignition is switched on. If the doors are opened while the engine is running, automatic re-iocking takes place if the vehicle exceeds a limit speed of 5 km/h.

Version 4

The doors are not locked automatically.

Any one of these can be set with a PST2 or PIWIS tester. It takes less than 5 minutes to do.

Excellent news! thanks Loren, do you also know if it's possible to let the windows go up when the hood is closing or is this not possible on this MY?

Yes - 535 is alarm.

Looks like your dealer is wrong. Find another shop with a PST2 and they can likely program it for you.

Sorry, there is very little programming available on those early cars - door locks and a few options (like OBC, cruise control, etc.) but not much else.

I was at the garage yesterday and he hooked up the PIWIS system but where is the option to set this? i could see it either, under alarmanlage ??
