CDR23 heats up CDs and porsche keeps blinking

The CDR23 radio in my V6 2006 Cayenne has started giving me problems.

The CD player stops, and when the CD I was listening to is ejected it's pretty hot.

Just yesterday the CD player stopped, I tried to change tracks, which didn't work, then I tried to eject the CD. I could not eject the CD, The CDR23 wouldn't change from CD to either FM or AM, and PORSCHE kept blinking on the CDR 23 like it does when you start the CDR23. Eventually it stopped, I ejected the CD, and it was hot. I never have problems with the radio (yet)- just the CD player.

Has anybody had the same experiences?
